Modified bitumen waterproofing membrane production line is to produce SBS / APP Modified Bitumen Waterproofing Membrane which is widely used in industrial and civil buildings, such as roof, basement, toilet, bridge, park, swimming pool, tunnel for waterproofing and moisture-proofing.
The working principle can be divided into 3 steps.
1.To mix the bitumen,polymer(SBS or APP), talcum filler silo powder , engine oil and some other raw materials via modifed mixer tanks(the mixing tank should be kept warm by heat conducting oil).The finished mixtures can be called modified bitumen.
2.The modified bitumen will be deliveried into coating tanks.Then the carrier nonwoven (reinforcement) will be coated with the modified bitumen .At last ,the coated nonwoven will be covered by PE flm or sand or other surface materials. Then,the bitumen membrane will be formed in to rolls.
3.The finished products will be cooled by water and air,then be rolled by winder.

4.Delivery time
Normally,machine order will be finished around 2 months after order confirmation . the delivery time are different according to different requirements and quantity.
